This is an exceptional single origin coffee from Pitalito, Huila in Colombia.  A striped caturra micro-lot produced by Wilmer Hernandez.  Cherries were grown between 1600 - 1800 m and were carefully hand-picked before being exposed to 20 hrs of anaerobic fermentation.

Tasting Notes: Expect delicious floral, spice and peach tea notes.  Perfectly balanced and sweet.
